Meet Penny Bramwell-Jones

Hello You!

I’m Penny, and I’ve spent my life exploring the power of voice, not just the words we speak, but the energy, presence, and authenticity behind them. I guide people to step into their full expression, speak up with confidence, and connect deeply with others, whether in the boardroom, on stage, or in everyday life. My journey began with a passion for acting and the Meisner technique, where I discovered how profoundly the voice can shape presence and connection. Over the years, I’ve blended this creative foundation with corporate communication, leadership coaching, and behavioural science, helping leaders, change-makers, and individuals find their authentic voice in high-stakes situations. I understand how challenging it can be to speak up, especially when the stakes feel high, emotions run deep, or self-doubt holds us back. I know what it’s like to feel small in a world that demands big. I’ve worked with my own voice to reclaim power, authenticity, and courage and now I guide others to do the same. At Speak From Your Heart, you’ll learn to: Find your unique voice and speak with confidence. Express yourself authentically without fear or hesitation. Build connection, influence, and trust through presence and communication. I combine techniques from acting, neurolinguistic programming, sound therapy, and arts-based learning with practical tools rooted in science, so that transformation happens both in the moment and long-term. This is a space for anyone ready to let go of self-censorship, and to speak in a way that’s heard, felt, and remembered. Because when your voice flows from your heart, the world listens and more importantly, you can finally be seen for who you really are. Let’s speak truthfully and explore the art of connection.

Speak From Your Heart

The Story Behind Speak from Your Heart

I didn’t always feel safe to speak.

Like so many, I learned early on that shrinking kept the peace. That silence kept me safe. That hiding who I was, my fire, my needs and desires, would earn me love, or at the very least, protect me from harm.

But somewhere deep inside, my voice never gave up on me.
It waited patiently, fiercely, for a way out.

I found that way through story, through character, through the sacred space of a stage. The National School of the Arts became my sanctuary, a place where I could pour my longing, rage, hope, and truth into performance. Behind the mask of character, I began to express what had always lived inside me. I gave voice to what had once been unspeakable.

And little by little, I started to see myself. Not as a part someone else had written for me, but as a whole being with a voice of my own, strong, tender, messy, radiant.

That’s where the journey began.

Over the years, I followed this thread, from coaching in the corporate world, to founding my studio for amateur and then later professional actors, from actors to leaders, from the stage to the boardroom to the family living room, always holding space for people to rediscover their voice, their story, and their right to take up space.

What I’ve seen again and again is this:
When people connect to their voice, not the polished, performative one, but the true one, something extraordinary happens. They come home to themselves. They soften. They stand taller. They speak from their centre. And they start to live in alignment with who they are.

Speak from Your Heart was born from everything I’ve lived, everything I’ve learned, and everything I long to offer.

It’s a creative sanctuary for anyone who’s ever doubted their voice, their belonging, or their worth.
For anyone tired of pretending, performing, or holding their breath.
For anyone ready to speak, not louder, but truer.

Here, you’ll find voicework grounded in body, truth, and creativity.
Practices that awaken your full expression,  not just your words, but your energy, presence, and power.
And space, real, sacred space to come home.

This isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

Welcome home.
You were never too much.
You were never too late.
You were always worthy of being heard.
